At RotoKAP, we adore the holiday season, and this year was no different. To share the joy of the holidays, we decided to treat our amazing staff to a whole week filled with Christmas festivities! From delicious candy canes to boxed lunches, our goal was to ensure that our team felt genuinely valued and appreciated.
Monday marked the start of our Christmas fun week, and it began with candy canes for all our staff members. You can’t have Christmas without candy canes! On Tuesday, we had festive Christmas cookies that screamed old-time holiday goodness and were a great way to share our respective holiday traditions.
Wednesday was all about hot cocoa. We had a hot cocoa bar set up, with all-you-can-eat marshmallows. It was a perfect way to beat the winter chills and enjoy a sweet treat. On Thursday, we had a Sweet & Salty day. Popcorn with M&Ms and marshmallows – a perfect pairing!
Friday was the grand finale, and we had boxed lunches catered for everyone. It was an amazing way to end the week-long celebrations and start the weekend on a high note.
There’s nothing like a bit of holiday cheer to lift the spirits of our staff. At Horizon, we believe that happy staff makes for a happy workplace, and that’s why we make sure we go the extra mile to show appreciation to our team.
